This course provides an understanding about the nature of the touristic experience and helps participants to critically assess the relevance and applicability of new approaches to delivering meaningful tourism experiences. Having successfully completed this course, participants will demonstrate an ability to integrate resources of information communication technology into the tourism experience design process.
Students are required to prepare for the core module by completing the pre-module and reading all assigned core-module readings. The core module will involve a mixture of lecture, discussion, case studies, and individual writing assignments. Students are expected to actively participate in class discussion.
