Line Levesque has been in the hospitality field for over 18 years as a Recreation Manager and Learning Development Manager with various 5 star resorts around the world including: InterContinental Abu Dhabi, The Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge, Four Seasons Sharm El Sheikh , Ritz-Carlton Dubai, One&Only Reethi Rah Maldives, Westin Casuarina Resort in Cayman Island and onboard of Royal Caribbean Cruise Line.

She also has been a Lecturer/Student Activities manager abroad with Les Roches Hotel Management College in Shanghai and Chicago and taught French and English in Spain and South Korea. Her passion for travelling has brought her to discover over 135 different countries and is always eager to mentor her students in succeeding in the dynamic world of hospitality.

Rima has been working as Director of Revenue Management for different hotels and resorts part of reputable international chains of hotels. Her different assignments were mainly based in the Levant and the GCC. Throughout her career, Rima has been part of major hotel openings and has simultaneously assisted in the integration of new revenue management talents in the company on task force. The diversity of her career has brought valuable experience in different destinations and market conditions including the introduction of new hotel brands in the market. Rima’s revenue management experience covers rooms, food and beverage as well as recreation.

An experienced executive coach and organizational development expert, working in the fields of leadership development, learning strategy and instructional design for over 15 years in the UK, Europe and the Middle East. Tara hails from the United Kingdom where she studied and worked as an HR and L&D expert in both in-house and consulting roles based out of London.

She relocated to the Middle East in 2007 where she joined Jumeirah Group heading up their Corporate Learning & Development function responsible for the learning and growth of over 14,000 employees. She has also worked with many sectors including aviation, retail, banking, education, oil and gas, construction and manufacturing.

Stacey is passionate about change and helping companies succeed. She has enabled many companies to become more internally competitive and achieve their goals by supporting project teams and leaders so that “the people side of change” is managed and desired behaviors are embraced to enable both personal and business transformations as part of the journey.

She has brought this expertise to bear in both consulting and full-time positions in international and local companies where there are changes to processes, systems, organizational structure, and job roles – any of which involve transformations where the balance between leadership, change management, and project management is critical.

Stacey is multi-lingual and has worked in Asia, North America, South America, and Europe in several different industries including hospitality, manufacturing, IT, and education in both the public and private sectors. She is a change “resistance coach” who takes both a structured and intuitive approach working at all organizational levels to support transformations at the group and individual level, so that optimum ways of working are embedded through the organizational culture.

Martin Kubler is a hotel GM turned hospitality & service industries consultant with 15+ years executive-level management experience in three, four and five star hotels in Europe and the Middle East. In the past, Martin held senior management roles in internationally flagged as well as independently owned and operated hotels in Europe and the Middle East and worked for operators such as Accor, Wyndham, and Thistle. Martin is the founder of Iconsulthotels, an ultra-boutique hospitality, leisure, & tourism consulting firm based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, and the CEO of sps:affinity, a Dubai headquartered boutique business, marketing, training, and PR consultancy firm.

Through his positive attitude and vast experience in Hospitality Accounting Chris Spiliopoulos provides his students with an excellent set of tools that will assist them through their training. Chris has an extensive background that included The Savoy Hotel in London along with the Armani and Conrad Hotel in Dubai. With a total of twenty-one years in finance Chris is able to apply accounting with a strong commercial awareness.

During his classes he provides the students with concise material that is relevant to their field which enables them to apply this at work. Chris actively challenges students during his class with the aim not only to complete the course but apply the learning material in the real world.

Chris completed his studies in Australia where he also kicked off his career in finance and has come now to the position where he can transfer his experience and knowledge to those willing pursue their career in finance. Whether you are an experienced accountant or new to the field Chris will provide a teaching methodology that will fit your needs.
